Abstract
Se trata de las radios libres o comunitarias y el adjetivo es aplicable en tanto están ligadas a lo local y, por ende, prestan importancia a los temas “de base” y dan micrófono a los actores sociales de la zona, pero en cuanto a las decisiones internas de la radio–tipo de programación, elección de personal, inversiones- la comunidad no tiene, generalmente, nada que hacer. Son miles en Argentina y se extienden por todo el continente. Todos las conocen y millones las escuchan pero, estrictamente, casi todas están fuera de la ley.
