Abstract
Рассмотрены особенности и условия эффективного осуществления инновационных процессов с учетом технических, производственных, коммерческих и других рисков. Предложено создать специальную структуру для оказания услуг по поддержке и сопровождению инновационной деятельности в виде информационно-технологического центра. Разработаны функциональная структура и экономико-математическая модель расчета экономического эффекта от его деятельности.
