Abstract
It is shown that the criterion for the efficient development of mechanisms to compensate for fatigue at a distance of 1000 m in the canoe are high rates of reaction kinetics of pulmonary ventilation, respiratory reaction power compensation of metabolic acidosis, the level of maximal accumulated O2 deficit and the rate of release lactate from the working muscles into the blood. The study involved 20 qualified athletes. Substantiated that the improvement of preparedness canoeists can be based on the assessment and development of reactive properties of the cardiorespiratory system in a worsening of fatigue in the second half of the race.
