Abstract
This article’s main bias the analysis of the new faces of contemporary constitutionalism with the view to support rights from information society. It is to reveal the challenges that permeate constitutionalism for the people which goes to the constitution feel preserved and become effective citizens in the State. You study the notions of belonging and citizenship in the face of a contemporary constitution must support new social relations established by the information age. The aim is to analyze the changes occurred by the information revolution in the relationship of individuals to the state from an understanding of reframing the law itself to achieve legal and constitutional culture. The methodology consisted of desk research technique , referring to publications on the subject , using the phenomenological hermeneutical method.
يتمثل التوجه الأساسي لهذه المقالة في تحليل الملامح الجديدة للدستورانية المعاصرة بهدف دعم الحقوق في مجتمع المعلومات، والكشف عن التحديات التي تكتنف الدستورانية الشعبية لتمكين الأفراد من استشعار الحماية الدستورية والتحول إلى مواطنين فاعلين في الدولة. كما تبحث الدراسة في مفهومي الانتماء والمواطنة في سياق دستور معاصر يقع على عاتقه دعم العلاقات الاجتماعية المستحدثة في عصر المعلومات. وتهدف كذلك إلى تحليل التغيرات التي أفرزتها ثورة المعلومات في علاقة الأفراد بالدولة، انطلاقاً من فهمٍ يُعنى بإعادة تأطير القانون ذاته لإرساء ثقافة قانونية ودستورية. واعتمدت منهجية الدراسة على تقنية البحث المكتبي بالرجوع إلى المؤلفات المنشورة حول الموضوع، وتوظيف المنهج الفينومينولوجي التأويلي.
