This article’s main bias the analysis of the new faces of contemporary constitutionalism with the view to support rights from information society. It is to reveal the challenges that permeate constitutionalism for the people which goes to the constitution feel preserved and become effective citizens in the State. You study the notions of belonging and citizenship in the face of a contemporary constitution must support new social relations established by the information age. The aim is to analyze the changes occurred by the information revolution in the relationship of individuals to the state from an understanding of reframing the law itself to achieve legal and constitutional culture. The methodology consisted of desk research technique , referring to publications on the subject , using the phenomenological hermeneutical method.
