Comunicación e Integración desde el Sur, título del Monográfico del presente número, no sólo es una invitación a abordar temas desde diferentes contextos, sino que es una provocación para interrogar al campo en su actual devenir histórico, para desafiar a las comunicaciones a pensarse a sí mismas, a construir su propia episteme desde donde emergen los distintos saberes, desde donde se exige hoy a las comunicaciones una mirada más crítica, más política, más proactiva y más generadora de cambios.
