Abstract
The article describes the synthesis of new derivatives of 6-aminoethylindoloquinoxalines, study of their acute toxicity and QSAR. Results of acute toxicity and the calculated values of the lipophilicity for new compounds confirmed previously supposed negatively proportional dependence of compounds’ acute toxicity from their lipophilicity.
