Abstract
Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar as práticas interativas do discurso no contexto de sala de aula e o processo de negociaçáo da imagem durante aulas de Língua Inglesa. A pesquisa orienta-se pelos princípios teóricos da Sociolinguística Interacional. Com a análise das aulas, percebeu-se a relevância da criaçáo de atividades que provocassem o comprometimento do aprendiz durante as discussões
