Öz
Kültür, öznelerin herkes gibi davranmaya zorlandığı ve davranışların önceden kestirebildiği bir durumu ifade eder. Böylece bir kültür içerisinde kendini kurmaya çalışan birey, farklılıkların olmadığı bir özneye doğru kayacaktır. Üretmek ve inşa etmek, etkenlikten çıkarak edilgenleşecektir. Belli bir kültür içerisinde öteki ve onun sahibi olduğu yerellik, her zaman düzeni tehdit ettiği için tehlikeli sayılacaktır. Modern toplum ötekinin varlığına ihtiyaç duyar, çünkü tehdit söylemleriyle oluşturulan korku psikolojisi altında ortak amaçlar oluşturmak kolaydır. Çoğu durumda ise ortak amaçlar yapıyı ayakta tutmanın temel motifleridir. Bu şekilde korku, medeniyetlerin temel dinamizmi olurken, aynı zamanda kuvvetli olanın dünyayı şekillendirdiği ‘savaşların’ da temel mantığı olmuştur. Bu tebliğde temel amaç, “Göğü Delen Adam: PAPALAGİ” kitabını, bu süreçle ilişkilendirerek değerlendirmektir.
