Abstract
El artículo propone un estudio de los juicios reflexionantes y su relación con la ética hermenéutica crítica con el objetivo general de investigar una nueva base epistemológica al derecho en la actualidad. El estudio consiste en: [i] un enfoque filosófico unificado por el sistema crítico kantiano capaz de identificar las condiciones para la realización de los juicios, [ii] la interceptación de la comprensión y de la razón práctica, a partir de los postulados del juicio estético, en particular, los juicios reflexionantes e [iii] especular sobre las posibilidades de una ética hermenéutica crítica servir de orientación epistemológica al derecho.
