Abstract
The present article responds to the need of the technical preparation of the teachers those that teach Elements of Economy and Labor Legislation (EELL) in the Centers of the Technical Education and Professional sphere (ETP) in Pinar del Río. The article revealed the theoretical considerations about the process of these professionals' improvement and the professional technique, the study and bibliography valuation related with the topic that can contribute to the design of a new performance strategy, starting from the existent tendencies in the national region.
