Abstract
En ce qui concerne l'étude de l'action antilevures de l'acide sorbique, nous avons réalisé divers essais sur des vins contenant du sucre, filtrés, embouteillés stérilement et ensemencés par un nombre croissant de levures puis additionnés de doses croissantes d'acide sorbique.
