Abstract
Çeviride taşra kütüphanelerine kütüphanecilerin atanması ile ilgili zaman içeresinde oluşan farklılıklardan kaynaklı eşitsizliğe dikkat çekilmektedir. Atamalarda geçerli olan ilam ve tutanağın, Maarif Komisyonu’nun güven mektubuyla atanan kütüphaneciler için de geçerli olup olmadığı hakkında Evkaf-ı Hümayun Nezareti tarafından bilgi istenmekte olup, istenen bilgiye Maarif-i Umumiye Nezareti’nin verdiği cevapta; taşrada görev yapan kütüphanecilerin, Maarif Müdürleri’nin yapacağı sınav sonucuna göre verilen güven mektubuyla atanmalarına karar verildiği ifade edilmektedir.
