Abstract
With the present study, we aim to approach the learning pr ocess of the future lawyer, focusing on Criminal Law as a specific Discipline in the Law major. The teaching process will be centered in the student and how he/she will learn, in order to act as a proper jurist. The students’ education will be continued th roughout his/her entire life, providing him/her with the means to achieve professional and spiritual satisfaction.
