Abstract
Un panorama de la poesía colombiana en la década 1988-1998 debería comenzar por reconocer su imposibilidad. Tantos libros no pueden reseñarse juntos; y agruparlos cómoda, perezosamente, en tendencias y escuelas es negar su razón de ser: el poema único, las líneas que quedan. Ante tales dilemas sólo es posible remitir al benemérito trabajo de Rogelio Echavarría: Quién es quién en la poesía colombiana (1998), donde están todos los que son y varios que sobran, e internamos, escépticos, esperanzados, entre los árboles del bosque. En la selva voraz.
