Abstract
Bu çalışmada, laktasyon süresi boyunca, İnek ve keçi sütlerinin tiyosiyanat içeriklerinde görülen değişimler incelenmiştir. Ankara Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Zootekni Bölümü Hayvancılık İşletmesinde yetiştirilen "yerli siyah alaca" (Hotstein Frisien x Güneydoğu Anadolu kırmızısı) ırkı ineklerle Ak Keçi (Saanen x Kilis) ırkından rastgele 10 hayvan seçilmiş ve laktasyon başından sonuna kadar, 15 günde bir, sabah sağımından alınan sütler analize tabi tutulmuştur. Her iki türe ait sütlerde SCN- İçeriklerinin laktasyon süresi boyunca düzensiz bir değişim gösterdiği ve inek sütlerinde 1,731-4.465 ppm, keçi sütlerinde de 2.975-6.364 ppm arasında değiştiği saptanmıştır.
