Abstract
O uso de eCG melhora a atividade ovariana e é essencial para intensificar as respostas de ovulação e fertilidade principalmente durante o anestro em ovelhas. O objetivo deste trabalho foi comparar a fertilidade entre dois grupos experimentais de ovelhas recebendo eCG (300 UI) 48 h antes (G1) e no dia da retirada do dispositivo intravaginal (G2) e G3 (controle). As ovelhas (41) foram inseminadas em tempo fixo (50 h após a retirada do CIDR®) pela via transcervical com sêmen congelado.
