Data were obtained through face to face questionnaires with those in charge of quality control in companies using The Simple Random Sampling in which all the companies has the equal probability of being involved. In the process of determining the questions used in the questionnaire, other relevant studies done in different sectors were consulted. Questions were organized in two different types; questions with alternative answers and questions without alternative answers. Data were analyzed using Fisher’s X2 test and X2 test. As a result, it was concluded that companies were unsuccessful in determining and spreading the quality policies on all departments of the companies. Companies except for the ones producing fiber and particle board were not aware of the contemporary quality conceptions.
