Abstract
La détection des femelles de Salmonidés en vitellogénèse par séro-diagnostic est décrite. Le test utilisé repose sur la mise en évidence de la vitellogénine plasmatique caractéristique des femelles en gamètogénèse active. Son utilisation pratique est simple, rapide et sans risque pour les poissons. Cette technique de terrain permet, entre autres, d'estimer le potentiel reproducteur des populations naturelles et de gérer en pisciculture les stocks de géniteurs.
