Abstract
The purpose of this study is the assessment of the quality of portals of Subsidiaries of the Iranian Petroleum Ministry using“WEBQEM”. Descriptive survey method was applied and research society included 130 portals of Subsidiaries of the Iranian Petroleum Ministry. Data was collected by a designed checklist based on WebQEM model, and analyzed by using SPSS 21 Software. Results showed that the websites based on usability (Mean= 0.542) are in the above medium status, and based on functionality (Mean= 0.422) are under the medium status, and based on reliability (Mean= 0.719) and efficiency (Mean= 0.758) are in the good status.Portals based on usability and functionality characteristics had weak constitution. According to the results and recommendations of this study designer of this portals results must be concentrate on finding the best mechanism for improving the quality of portals.Also some portals based on reliability and efficiency need to reconstruct.
