Abstract

En el trabajo, se hace empleo de la herramienta de trabajo Análisis de la Causa Raíz (RCA) para llegar a unas primeras
conclusiones acerca de fallos producidos en el nudo tribológico válvula – guía de válvula en un motor de combustión
interna, y así pasar a hallar la causa final y dar solución al problema. El método permite arribar a conclusiones en cuanto a
la causa del problema.

Abstract:
It is used the process root cause in the analysis of a problem in the tribological pair valve- valve guide of an internal
combustion engine. Using this process was possible to have the first conclusions in the problem and finally to arrive
to a final conclusion about the cause of the problem.
