Abstract
Se evaluó la diversidad de líquenes y briófitos de la región subxerofítica de La
Herrera, en términos de riqueza y estructura. Los prados fueron el ambiente menos
diverso y a su vez menos uniforme para el desarrollo de este tipo de comunidades,
mientras que las cañadas y los matorrales fueron los más propicios para el desarrollo
de los briófitos. Los líquenes a pesar de ser característicos de los suelos desnudos
y las rocas, tuvieron la mejor representatividad en los matorrales, al igual que los
mayores valores de uniformidad. Las especies Anomobryum conicum, Calymperes
erosum, C. rubiginosum, Campylopus surinamensis, Cephaloziella granatensis,
Dicranella hilariana, Fissidens angustifolius, F. zollingeri, Frullania brasilensis,
Lophocolea lepthanta, Orthotrichum cupulatum Plagiochila aerea y P. pachyloma
son nuevos registros para Cundinamarca.
