Abstract
Prijevoznik nije odgovoran za štetu koja je nastala zbog ukrcaja neprijavljenog i opasnog tereta. Ako je prijevoznik upotrijebio dužnu pažnju pri skladištenju takvog tereta i pritom razborito postupao, za nastalu štetu je odgovoran krcatelj.
