Abstract
América Latina, parafraseando a Pablo VI en la "Populorum Progressio", es un continente "enfermo", y su mal no reside tanto en la falta de recursos cuanto en la retención de éstos en manos de una minoría nacional o extranjera. Por eso, lo que nos sucede actualmente a los latinoamericanos es un fenómeno, sobre todo, de naturaleza política, y que sólo a este nivel puede encontrar solución. Sobre este marco histórico queremos proyectar hoy la realidad de nuestros medios de comunicación de masas, y ofrecer una reflexión.
