Abstract
The present checklist is a synthesis based on the field investigation results concerning the alien ligneous plants from D.D.B.R. Bibliographic studies that refer to Danube Delta area was also consulted in order to elaborate this preliminary list. In order to realize this inventory, it was necessary to establish the synonyms and to update the nomenclature. This list includes 64 alien ligneous plants that occur in D.D.B.R. according to our observations. In the preparation of the floristic checklist, we developed a picture data base in order to sustain the data presented in this paper.
