Abstract
À l’heure de l’intensification en Europe du débat sur la Turquie, il paraît utile de revenir sur les étapes de la fabrication du territoire national de la République turque, formation étatique instituée en octobre 1923. Cette fabrication — concomitante de la construction de l’État nation — fait l’objet de mises en récit officielles qui insistent sur le moment fondateur de la «Guerre d’indépendance», en omettant les processus de recomposition préalablement engagés et les négociations ultérieures survenues jusqu’en 1947 au moins.
