Abstract
Esta investigação tem como objetivo analisar de que maneira a gestão de informação pode ser desenvolvida no gerenciamento do trabalho no SUS de maneira a contribuir mais decisivamente ao processo decisório. A metodologia baseou-se em um levantamento bibliográfico sobre a gestão de informação, na organização e alocação temática dos pontos críticos do gerenciamento do trabalho no SUS e na esquematização estratégica de ações promotoras do desenvolvimento da gestão de informação. O estudo concluiu que o desenvolvimento da gestão de informação na gestão de trabalho no SUS poderá ser viabilizado a partir da criação de um sistema de controle de informações, da sistematização da comunicação, de uma maior autonomia baseada na informação e a partir do aperfeiçoamento de sua visão sistêmica.
