Abstract

El objeto de las I JORNADAS DE PREVENCIÓN Y CONTROL DE LA LEGIONELOSIS ha sido propiciar un encuentro técnico para intentar dar respuesta al conjunto de dudas e interrogantes que tienen los profesionales de Sanidad Ambiental en la aplicación del vigente marco normativo de prevención de legionelosis. Estas dudas e interrogantes fueron recogidos previamente por los Delegados de la SESA en las Comunidades Autónomas, entre los técnicos que trabajan en los programas de prevención de la legionelosis y fueron trasladados a los ponentes participantes en las Jornadas.

Teniendo en cuenta el conjunto de ponencias presentadas en este monográfico de la REVISTA DE SALUD AMBIENTAL, los debates que se generaron en cada una de las mesas de las Jornadas y el avance de conclusiones publicado, se presentan las siguientes conclusiones técnicas y recomendaciones.

Este documento, que pretende ser práctico y operativo, ha sido revisado y consensuado por el conjunto de ponentes y por el Comité Científico de las Jornadas, y está redactado en clave de tareas pendientes que deberían abordar tanto las Administraciones públicas como las empresas del sector y los titulares de las instalaciones de riesgo.


The purpose of the First Conference PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF Legionellosis has been to bring technical meeting to try to respond to all the doubts and questions that have Environmental Health professionals in implementing the current regulatory framework for prevention of legionellosis. These doubts and questions were previously collected by the Delegates of the SESA in the Autonomous Communities, the technicians who work in programs for prevention of legionellosis and were transferred to the speakers participating in the conference.

Taking into account all the papers presented in this special issue of the Journal of Environmental Health, the discussions that were generated in each of the tables in the conference and advancing published findings, we present the following technical conclusions and recommendations.

This document, which is intended to be practical and operational, has been reviewed and agreed by all speakers and by the Scientific Committee of the Conference, and is written in the key of pending tasks to be addressed by both public authorities and companies in the sector and holders hazard installations.
