Abstract
Como muchos países, Colombia ha rendido homenaje en sus emisiones de estampillas al cuerpo médico y a personas que sin pertenecer a él han presentado servicios a la medicina. Algunas veces la razón de ese reconocimiento se debe precisamente a las actividades médicas de los escogidos; otras ha sido diferente el motivo que ha movido para hacerlo.
