Abstract
The Royal Academy of History’s coin collection includes many pieces from collections of unknown topographic origin, but also some collections that arrived there after their discovery. After examining all documentation preserved, we describe the Roman coins of known origin that came into this collection between 1765 and 1831, including additional information found in the Academic Records of that period. | En el Numario de la Real Academia de la Historia se conservan muchas piezas procedentes de colecciones sin procedencia topográfica conocida pero también algunos conjuntos de monedas que fueron entregados aquí tras su descubrimiento. Tras la revisión de la documentación conservada, presentamos aquí las monedas romanas de procedencia segura que ingresaron en la colección entre 1765 y 1831, incluyendo algunas noticias adicionales que se encuentran en las Actas académicas de ese período.
