Abstract
Gıda ve beslenme sorunu dünyanın her yöresinde olduğu gibi ülkemizde yeni ve büyük boyutlar kazanma yolundadır. Beslenme sorunu bir toplumun en başta gelen problemlerinden birisini teşkil eder. Fizyolojik ve biyolojik fonksiyonların iyi bir şekilde işlemesi için gereken besin maddesinin temini, miktarı, bileşimi ve fertlere göre dağılışı toplumu bütünüyle etkileyen bir sorundur. Bugün toplumumuzda toplu beslenme yapan birçok kuruluş bulunmaktadır. Bu kuruluşların mal tedarikinden tüketimine kadar birçok sorunları vardır. Bu sorunların bir kısmı mal tedarikinde uygulanan mevzuatların yetersizliğinden meydana geldiği gibi, bir kısmı da bu işlerde çalışan personelin yeterli bir eğitimden geçmemiş olması nedeniyle doğmaktadır.
