Abstract
Disclosed the contents and structure of the competence of the state financial control of the budget of the Russian Federation. The priorities and objectives of the budget of development of the countries represented in the scenarios and projects-projections of the Federal budget for the planned period. Given the all-inclusive concept of the financial activities of the state and its place in the system of budget law of the Russian Federation. Justified legislative principles on the use of budgetary relations in the system of the budgetary legislation of the Russian Federation and the Budget code of the Russian Federation. The main parameters of macroeconomic regulation of the Russian budget.
