Abstract
O acesso cirúrgico ao espaço mastigatório/parafaríngeo representa um desafio ao cirurgião. A dupla mandibulotomia permite um acesso mais amplo e menos mórbido a tumores profundos ou com extensão para base do crânio. O presente trabalho relata um caso de acesso transmandibular com dupla osteotomia em paciente com adenoma pleomórfico em espaço mastigatório.
