Abstract
The classic form of vasculitis associated with antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies is characterized by progressive severe course, multiple lesions of internal organs and a general treatment strategy. We observed a case of torpid course of systemic vasculitis associated with antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies specific to myeloperoxidase without renal and lungs involvement.
