Abstract
Uno de los avances más importantes de la Unión Europea en toda su historia, es haber configurado la fuerza legal suficiente para que la libertad de circulación de los trabajadores sea hoy en día una realidad instalada en cada uno de los países miembros. Este trabajo pretende contribuir al establecimiento del panorama real de los inmigrantes y su derecho al trabajo, particularmente en España.
