Abstract
The process of creation and development of Ukrainian-Moldovan-Romanian Euroregion “Lower Danube” the character of its activity. Made emphasis on the ambiguity of the Ukrainian- Romanian intergovernmental relations and their impact on regional cooperation. Analyzes the statutes of the European region, they difference from the Euroregion formations in Western Europe, the main areas of activity and problems that require urgent resolution of.
