Abstract
O presente trabalho visa compreender a concepção dos alunos em relação ao Programa Mais Educação da Escola Municipal de Educação Básica Professor Jurandir Liberino de Mesquita, de Sinop - Mato Grosso, com alunos do 5º ano do ensino fundamental. Tendo como perspectiva a educação integral, buscou-se compreender as concepções respaldadas na proposta do programa e no teórico Pierre Bourdieu. Esta pesquisa é de cunho qualitativo. Conclui-se que a concepção dos alunos é de um programa que contribui, porém há falta de estrutura adequada e oportunidade de usufruir espaços educativos da comunidade.
