applying of collaborative filtering algorithm for processing of medical data

The problem of improving of effectiveness of medical facility for implementation of social project is considered. There are different approaches to solve this problem, some of which require additional funding, which is usually absent. Therefore, it was proposed to use the approach of processing and application of patients’ data from medical records. The selection of a representative sample of patients was carried out using the technique of collaborative filtering. Review of the methods of collaborative filtering is performed, which showed that there are three main groups of methods. The first group calculates various measures of similarity between the object. The second group is data mining techniques. The third group of methods is a hybrid approach. The Gower coefficient for calculation of similarity measure of medical records of patients is considered in the article. A model of risk assessment of diseases based on collaborative filtering techniques is developed.
