Abstract
El crecimiento económico de Chile nos enorgullece con justa razón. Pero el mismo hace surgir nuevos problemas de los que es necesario preocuparse para lograr un país con más igualdad de oportunidades, con más democracia, en que todos se puedan expresar, en que el cuidado por el entorno en que desarrollamos nuestras vidas sea una realidad y que éste se constituya en el mejor ecosistema para que nuestra población pueda vivir.
