Abstract
Fenomena selama dekade terakhir menunjukan kecenderungan meningkatnya tayangan bertema arkeologi pada televisi nasional dan lokal di Indonesia. Meskipun kuantitas dan kualitasnya masih jauh dibanding tayangan sejenis di kanal-kanal internasional, kemajuan ini perlu direspon secara positif. Tulisan ini mencoba mengulas fenomena ini sebagai sebuah peluang bagi pengembangan studi arkeologi di Indonesia.
