Abstract
The research on the LED base next generation lighting is actively accomplished in the field of lighting for the energy saving for the global warming prevention. In this study, made the multifunctional LED light source as research on the lighting equipment that using the Quantum Dot. Synthesized the quantum dot having the wavelength of 510nm, 610nm, 660nm and confirmed the possibility of characteristic evaluation result that it was applicable as the result LED fluorescent substance. We synthesized quantum dot that mixed the resin and was spread on the blue LED having the wavelength of 455nm. We make the multi-wavelength LED device in order to confirm the possibility for application for the plant factory and evaluated the electrical characteristic of the LED light source. Also, we evaluated the growth characteristic so that the quantum dot could confirm the possibility for application by plant growth light source. Finally we presented the possibility for application of the quantum dot with the multifunction LED light source.
