Abstract
Balıklardan izole edilen Lactobacillus suşlarının genel inhibisyon (tüm inhibitör maddelerin) ve özel inhibisyonlarının (bakteriosin ve/veya bakteriosin benzeri maddeler) tespitinde ağar diffüzyon metodu kullanılmıştır. Test bakterileri olarak koa. (+) S. aureus, koa. (-) S. aureus, E. coli, E. coli K12, V.enterocolitica, P. aeroginosa, B. subtilis ve P. fleurescens kullanılmıştır. Lactobacillus suşlarmdan, özellikle L. casei HS1 susunun test bakterileri üzerinde genel inhibisyon etkisinin yüksek olduğu ve bakteriosin ve/veya bakteriosin benzeri madde ürettiği tespit edilmiştir.
