Abstract
Para contribuir a la realización eficiente de la anamnesis en la práctica clínica diaria se realizó una presentación de sus aspectos metodológicos más relevantes. Los lineamientos generales que permiten un desenvolvimiento asistencial idóneo durante la entrevista clínica y la obtención de la historia fueron expuestos. El contenido de la historia del paciente adulto se ordenó mediante el esquema: Informante, Datos de identificación, Motivo de consulta, Historia de la enfermedad actual, Antecedentes personales, Antecedentes familiares, Historia psicosocial e Interrogatorio por sistemas. Se abordaron los datos pertinentes que se recolectaron en cada sección.
To contribute to an efficient medical history taking in the daily clinical practice it was made a presentation of its most important methodological aspects. The general guidelines that allow an appropiate assistance unfolding during the clinical interview and the obtention of the history were dealt with. The content of the adult patient’s hystory was arranged by using the following scheme: patient, identification data, chief complaint, personal history, family history, psychosocial history and review of systems. The relevant data collected in each section were approached.
