Abstract
Bu araştırma kapsamında Ankara Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Bahçe Bitkileri Bölümü araştırma ve uygulama bağında 41 B.M.G asma anacı üzerine aşılı Narince ve Emir üzüm çeşitlerinin genç (4-5 yaşlı) ve yaşlı (30-31 yaşlı) omcalarından hasat edilen üzümler kullanılmıştır. 1995 ve 1996 yıllarında olmak üzere 2 yıl süreyle yürütülen denemelerde bu iki kaliteli şaraplık üzüm çeşidinde, omca yaşının üzüm ve şarap kalitesi üzerine olan etkilerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ulaşılan sonuçlara göre; gerek omcanın gelişim döneminde, gerekse elde edilen şaraplarda omca yaşına ve çeşide bağlı olarak belirgin sayılabilecek farklılıklar olduğu belirlenmiştir.
