Abstract
It is well known that the human genome represents the common inheritance of the human species which mustbe protected in order to maintain the integrity of the species. It has a progressive nature and is subjected todifferent mutations, with serious social and moral effects, reason for which genetic manipulation bringsforward the necessity for criminal norms interventions to protect the population against such procedures whichcan lead, in some extent, to mass destruction and becoming a crime against humanity.
