Abstract
Çalışma yaşamıyla ilgili çeşitli konular ülkemizde meslektaşlarımızca çok sık gündeme getirilmektedir. Ancak özellikle okul kütüphaneleri açısından konunun şimdiye dek yeterli ve ayrıntılı biçimde ele alındığı söylenemez. Metinde, Okul Kütüphanecileri İstanbul Grubu (OKİG) tarafından 10 Mayıs 2003 tarihinde İs­tanbul’da düzenlenen ve okul kütüphaneciliği bağlamında çalışma yaşamını ilgi­lendiren statü, özlük hakları, kütüphanenin okul organizasyon yapısı içindeki ye­ri, kütüphane - kütüphaneci imajı ve standartlaşma ile ilgili sorunlar ve çözüm önerilerinin de tartışıldığı OKİG IV.Genel Toplantısı kapsamında gerçekleştiri­len “Çalışma Yaşamı Forumu” na değinilmektedir.
