Abstract
Objetivo: identificar o conhecimento dos Enfermeiros da ESF sobre a assistência em saúde mental a partir da RP; e investigar a articulação entre CAPS e ESF no tocante às atividades de matriciamento. Métodos: Pesquisa descritiva, com abordagem quantitativa, desenvolvida na ESF de Parelhas-RN, sendo entrevistados oito enfermeiros. A entrevista continha 32 perguntas fechadas, relacionadas a conhecimentos na área da saúde mental. Resultados: Os sujeitos apresentaram boa compreensão acerca das mudanças nas formas de tratamento empregadas em saúde mental; deram importância ao papel da família no tratamento, além da reinserção social dos usuários e da visita domiciliária como fortalecedora de vínculos e indispensável ao tratamento; e desconheceram o apoio matricial. Conclusão: Os enfermeiros entrevistados conhecem a RP e sua importância no cenário do cuidado em saúde mental na ESF. Apesar disso, os resultados sugerem fragilidades na articulação entre ESF e CAPS, com interferência direta na assistência em saúde mental prestada.
