Abstract
Señala que las transformaciones de la televisión tradicional no se refieren solo al cambio tecnológico, sino a los modelos de contenidos, a los tratamientos y a las relaciones interactivas de los usuarios. La TV. por satélite se ha vinculado en redes con el fin de organizar galaxias de satélites que generan diversas plataformas de canales de un país o de canales internacionales de audio y vídeo para coberturas continentales y mundiales. Las nuevas modalidades televisivas ya no se desarrollan solo en el televisor, sino que se ejecutan también en la pantalla de las computadoras, y en las consolas de vídeo juegos. Concluye que asistimos a un cambio de paradigma comunicativo, el interactivo, radicalmente diferente de los modelos unidireccionales.
