Abstract
Pitchers position, according to the majority specialist opinions, is the most important of baseball since the beginning of all possible plays depends from the pitcher's direct actions, hence the importance to pay attention to the correct performance of the pitching movements from the earliest ages. The present work has the objective to propose a group of exercises for the performance of pitching movements in Pinar del Río 13-14 ages athletes. To fulfil the goal different documents that rule this work were revised in several municipalities and in provincial management, besides; interview and surveys to trainers of the whole province were carried out. The result of the research and the authors experience in his work as a pitching training permitted to design a group of exercises that cover the structure of the movements separately, which are being integrated gradually until to form the movement totality, what will permit to work in a good way and to eradicate the errors that might appear.
