Abstract
The article discusses the formation of the revenue base of local budgets, analyzes the dynamics, composition and structure of the budget revenues of the Kizhinginsky District Municipal District. The main problems of formation of incomes of municipal formation are revealed and directions of increase in a profitable part of local budgets are offered.
