Los integrantes de las organizaciones deben estar dispuestos al cambio y a adaptaciones constantes, pues solo así, la información y la comprensión del mundo actualizarán y reinventarán la institución. Este cambio debe garantizar la capacidad del aprendizaje cognitivo, incorporar nuevos conceptos de trabajo, transmitir la cultura y la lengua con sus significados, gestionar la reducción de los niveles y abarcar toda extensión verbal y no verbal.
